Our production will be developed in Vila Nova de Gaia! It was decided that the production of our product would be in Vila Nova de Gaia, since the Municipality has a set of incentives in place to attract and establish companies in the municipality. Furthermore, the quality of life, geographic location, qualified workforce and competitive labor costs, fair prices for business leasing and housing and the excellent airline service were other reasons for our choice.
It was decided to rent a warehouse, as purchasing land and the necessary works would be very expensive to start the company.
The company chose to rent a warehouse measuring around 850 m^2 for a total of 3500 euros per month. However, the factory division of the different sectors necessary for the production of our product will only occupy 720 m^2. The 130 m^2 will be used for parking.
