Our manufacturing process

Regarding the organization of production processes, BatteryReVive contains a system with different configurations, with one part aimed at analyzing and structuring batteries and the other for preparing the components to be used in coating the final product.

In this system, there will be different jobs, each comprising a set of operations, which will be carried out by workers or machines.

A. Sorting – the hydraulic crane will separate the scooters by brand.

B. Manual disassembly – when the scooters arrive at the company they are dismantled with the help of different types of tools.

C. Separation of scooter parts - the parts are boxed according to their function and characteristics. Box 1 will correspond to the disc brake, engine, brakes and accelerator; box 2 to the brake light and headlight; box 3 to the metal structure; box 4 to the control panel and box 5 will have the buzzer. In a sixth box, of a different color, the batteries, the main component of our product, will be placed.

D. Aluminum pressing – the aluminum will be compressed using the hydraulic press and then transported to the metallurgical company.

E. Testing the condition of the batteries - the batteries will be analyzed in the battery testing system for R&D and manufacturing in order to verify that they are fit for use. Batteries with low capacity will be removed from each battery module, and new batteries will be replaced with the same voltage/voltage and electrical current as that module. To make this measurement, a battery stabilizer will be used.

F. Union of batteries – physical and electrical interconnections of modules of the same brand are made using a spot welding machine.

G. Testing of interconnected batteries - rechecking the quality of batteries after they are structured, using the battery testing system for R&D and manufacturing again.

H. Display installation - an application will be incorporated into the scooters' display. This will be used in the product so that the consumer can understand the energy still available, as well as statistical data about the storage unit. The scooter's display comes with its own branded software for consumer use. In this operation, the scooter application will be removed from the display and the application that BatteryReVive developed will be added, using the appropriate IT processes.

I. Product hygiene – the casing will be sanitized so that it can later be painted.

J. Painting – application of paints to the casing using a paint sprayer.

K. Paint Drying – the paint will be dried with the help of an air blow dryer. This process will take approximately 1 hour, as the casing must be properly dry to proceed to the next operation.

L. Varnishing – the product is completely coated with varnish.

M. Drying the Varnish – once again, an air blow dryer will be used to dry the varnish that covers the casing.

N. Union of casing, display and batteries – the various components of the electrical energy store will be joined, as well as the necessary connections for the display to function correctly.

O. General assessment – consists of detecting possible flaws in the final product.

P. Packaging – the EES will be packaged in such a way that there are no problems during delivery to the consumer.
